How can we help?

If your Pro features aren't unlocked on a new device (or after reinstalling), open BioTracker's subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Nothing new will be charged — Restore Purchases only re-syncs an existing entitlement.

All BioTracker subscriptions are managed by Apple. To view, change (where Apple offers options), or cancel your subscription, visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the period ends.

Not receiving reminders? Try:

• iOS Settings → Notifications → BioTracker — ensure Allow Notifications is on and Alerts include Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.
• Turn off Focus / Do Not Disturb, or allow BioTracker in your Focus filter.
• Check BioTracker's in-app quiet hours and per-stack notification settings.
• Confirm the device time zone matches where you are.

You can update your profile, review connected sign-in providers, and request account deletion inside the app. See our Delete Account page for details on what is deleted and what may be retained for legal or security reasons.
