Delete your account

BioTracker is operated by BioTracker LLC. You can delete your BioTracker account and associated data directly from the iOS app. Here's what to expect.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open BioTracker and sign in.
  2. Select the Profile tab.
  3. Under Settings, select Profile and Account.
  4. Scroll to Account management.
  5. Select Delete account.
  6. Complete both confirmation steps.

What is deleted

  • Account and profile information, including connected social accounts
  • Stacks, tracked items, schedules, dose logs, inventory, notes, measurements, and HealthKit-derived values stored in BioTracker
  • Label photos and private progress photos, notes, and folders
  • Avatar, profile, and cover images, and creator or program application photos
  • Public profiles, published stacks, posts, comments, follower relationships, and other user-generated community content
  • Creator/referral attribution and program application data, except limited transaction, payout, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security records we are legally required or permitted to retain

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — for example, transaction records associated with subscription purchases and abuse-related logs. Retained information is minimized and access-controlled.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your BioTracker account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and must be cancelled separately at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot sign in or reach the deletion flow, email support@downloadbiotracker.com from the address associated with your account, or call +1 (916) 245-6750. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Contacting support is not required for normal account deletion — you can complete it yourself in the app.

Account deletion is permanent. It deletes your BioTracker account and associated application data, subject to legitimate legal, tax, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and backup-retention exceptions. Once completed, your data cannot be restored.
